I thought ketamine too, but yeah - that stuff looks fine.

Don't they do the Special K Challenge or something too?

My biggest and leanest friends that look best swear by Ketamine when they go out. No hangover, and your appetite stays up. Too bad whenever I tried it I couldnt walk or talk and it was just fucking stupid.

    I use it.

I buy low-fat yogurt by the tubs and throw a couple cups of it in a bowl and top it off with a cup or two of special K protein cereal.

Ends up being like 45g protein and cures my sweet tooth.

Since it is mostly derived from soy though I don't use it everyday... Only about 3 times a week. It's a great fucking snack though.

I might try that for my breakfast. Sounds pretty good. I used to do that with grape nuts, but got sick of those.

Since I am having tofu for breakfast anyway, it'd end up being less soy with the cereal. :o

    :werd:

having soy as your main source of protein should be avoided but if your diet is 95% lean meats with 5% soy, don't think that's an issue
