Okay, i've picked them all up on my bird before. Green berets, pjs, snipers, and seals. I just want to know why as soon as a seal steps on MY helo, they fucking think they own thing.

Can you at least point me towards a Aviation unit near Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma?

Yeah, Seals are the elitist of the SOCOM crowd. They have bought into the image that hollywood portrays.

My father flew in vietnam, and he said it was the same way back then, pickups were easy for everyone but seals, everytime they picked up a seal team they just had to get in a firefight

Probably the same reason they think they can walk around in shorts, sandals, and nothing else at forward observation posts where we were constantly bagging arms smugglers.

Green Berets live by the motto, "Quiet Professionals". That might say something for most of their demeanor.

I spent 1 1/2 years with 1/10 SFG (A), on one of our deployments a green beret warrant told me that the difference between them and seals is that the seals are, "young, dumb, and full of cum".

And that has been my experience so far as well.

3rd ACR at Ft. Carson, but I'm not sure if it's any closer than Teh Hood, it sure as hell is nicer though.

lot of younger seals around nowadays...takes a little while longer to become a green beret i thought?
kid could join the navy at 17 and be combat ready seal before he turns 19...

The Army has had the 18x program for prob 3 yrs now. It allowed people to come off the street into the Army and attend SFAS (Selection) if they made it that far. That has resulted in a few SF soldiers being around the age of 19. I'll graduate right around when I turn 21.. Just recently they changed the rules to only allow people 21 or older and 30 and younger into the program.
