Anyone use them? If so, what kind of flooring, speakers and what kind of spikes?

    Thanks.

They are supposed to decouple the speaker enclosure from the floor, resulting in less vibrations. They can scratch nice wood floors though.

It wouldnt hurt anything to use them though, other than your pocketbook. :)

Do you use them? The ones that I have seen online haven't been that expensive..
I have carpeted floors and was wondering if they would help my loudspeakers. :)

I don't personally use them, no. It wont hurt to try, but I doubt you would be able to hear much of an audible difference unless you turn it up pretty loud. I would say go for it, but don't spend much money on it...

Couldn't find any at local audio shops. I was thinking of trying home depot for some kind of threaded feet. The idea is to get them off of the ground, right?
