I have done a couple of martial arts but haven't gotten the work out I was lookin for. I live in the Chicago area and am looking for something that will really get me working once a week. Does anybody know of anything that is not too intensive but that I can spare in?

If you're not going to open the Chicago phonebook and look up martial arts, then please feel free to send it to me so i can rip it in half and post picks on OT. At least then it would go to some use.

Do you think you could do it all at once? Cause that would be pretty sweet and I might be willing to send it to you, but none of that bit-by-bit shit.

What I was lookin for is more of an idea of what to do. Because I like fighting but am not about to hop in some octagon.

if you want to spar with striking join a boxing gym or a muay thai gym.

if you want to grapple or start doing MMA find a BJJ or sambo or other good sub wrestling school.
