    i'm currently bulking....
    3 glasses of ON whey proten a day.

    (oh yeah, i'm a workout n00b)

    all excercises are done

    • one set of 8 light
    • one set of 8 medium
    • one superset of daily max (atleast 5)
    bent over row
    upright row
    shrugs
    curls
    hammer curl
    reverse curl
    wrist curl
    reverse wrist curl
