How do you guys feel about Norton Mail Security for Exchange 4.0?
    (Gonna install trial tonight...)

Any better suggestions? No one at Brightmail will call me back.. so I can't even get info or pricing from them.

You're looking to block spam mail? Is this for a home PC or a collection of work PCs?

SpamAssassin does a great job blocking the spam. I think its able to block viruses, but I'm not sure. I mainly use it for testing messages to identify if they're spam.
