Was reading more about creatine on another forum and a few people had posted that creatine should be taken at least an hour, if not more before or after food and/or protein shakes, etc. I think the overall conversation was about mono..

..but does this hold true for CEE?

I really dont think it matters.
Take pre-workout and post-workout and you will be fine.

Get your creatine when you take carbs.

    But isn't this with mono?

I thought one of the major benefits of CEE was not having to load..

Thanks for all the input guys. I'll stick to my normal routine.

That's because CEE and protein form a chemical reaction

Just let me say this, you don't want to risk having Voltron.

Finally, it seems like it doesn't matter what you do :

I'm pretty sure you dont have to "load" any creatine. They tell you that so you waist. Loading phase is only a few days anyways, you're not cycling creatine are you?

What would be the adv. to "cycling" (ive never done) or loading creatine? Hypertrophy in the muscles, etc?

I may just start taking it normally to see how it makes me feel.

I believe it's to saturate the muscles with creatine... there have been studies done that once the loading phase is complete, you can take creatine at any time in the day and maintain intracellular creatine levels at a constant rate throughout the rest of the day.
