Okay, so sum up what I need to do to loose weight?
Eat less junk, more protien, less calories and carbs, cardio and lifting weights?

I can see how you missed it since it was all the way at the beginning of the forum
edit: that won't help you "loose" weight though... it will only help you LOSE it
