I'm ordering my 12" Brahma in about 2 weeks and I'm real worried about rattling. With the 2 12" w3v2's i had the trunk would rattle like crazy. I don't know if its because the enclosure was so large there there was only about 3 or 4" infront of the subs and the rear of the trunk and the air had no where to go. (it was also ported). with my brahma it will be in a 1.2 ft^ sealed enclosure getting 1200 watts RMS.

i need cheap atlernatives to stopping trunk rattle....HELP!!

    thanks,
    Austin

use RAAAmatt it is the best out there. I think I got a link lying around here for 20% off a role.
    http://www.cureline.net/lex/raamsale.htm

I ordered my Brahma 12" 3 days ago and I will be using a Crossfire 1000d to power that beast. Im making my own box and RAAAmatting the fucking shit out of the car. I'll do 3 layers in the trunk maybe more and 2 layers in the doors maybe more. Everywhere else like will have 1 layer depending on what feedback I get about the car I have and how it rattles.

Where are you getting info on how to build a box for the brahma?
