    Is it safe to do cardio twice a day. For example 30-45 minutes in the morning and then 30-45 minutes in the late evening ?

    Professional fighters (at least for MMA) work out 6-8 hours a day. Spread out of course. And they're fine.

    Hey hey, i'm just saying, if they can handle that many hours. This guy should be able to handle 2 hours. I workout 2 hours a day (including wrestling practice) and I'm totally fine.
