    ...but I picked up some pork chops from the grocery store and I'm wondering how many cals they have in them. It says "pork loin top loin chops" on the label. There are three of them and it weighs 2.23lb so I guess that's about 12 ounces a pork chop if that helps.

    There's so many fucking options on fitday I don't know which one to pick. Some say it's like 600 calories and some say around 300. :dunno:

    Make custom food and enter the calories off of the package? :eek5:

    like OMG REALLY? there isn't any nutritional info on the label.

    Oh OK. Every package of meat I've seen has it though, are you sure it isn't on the bottom?

    Otherwise I'd say just average the 2 :dunno:

    Yeah, it's no where to be found. I'm just going to put it in around 500 cals or so because 300 seems too low for a big ass slab of pork.
