I have a question, should my muscles always be sore after i workout that certain muscle group? Because sometimes when i work out my shoulders for example, some days they are sore the next day, sometimes they arent. Does this mean iam not lifting hard enough when they arent sore?... thanks in advance.

Worked the chests on monday, felt no real soreness the next day. And I know I worked them hard. So yea, what they said.
