Soreness of back after Deadlift?

    I finally did my 1rm DL'ing today 345

    Basically after, my back is sore as hell...my lower back.

    Is this normal? I am pretty sure it will be worse tomorrow. :ugh:

    it will be sore, excessive pain is a good indacation that you need to work on your form.

    deadlifts make my entire back sore, upper and lower.

    Deadlifting causes aids.









    I can hardly walk after I do deads...but its not too bad.

    sore dull pains are good, sharp pains... not so much.

    You should be fine... as long as someone else said, its not sharp pains, if it is and if they continue for more than a couple of days see a doctor :hs:
