OK, so Ive been taking the advice given to me In my gaining weight thread, and again I d like to say thank you. One question (and yes its a n00b one) is this: Its been 2 days since my first day at the gym and my arms are still sore as shit. not in a painful, I think i had a major tear way, jsut in a I havent done any type of real qorking out in 14 years way. I knwo that generally speaking one shoudl work a muscle group every other day, but in my case where I m knocking off a lot of "rust" so to speak, should I wait until im not sore 2 days after, should I go in with the full regiment, or should I moderate my workout, but still go in? thanks again for putting up with my skinny ass n00bness.
