I've looked through all the gloves they sell at the gym, as well as a little sporting equipment store by the gym and I didn't see any that I liked. I'm looking for something that has good wrist support (my wrists are starting to fucking KILL me), with little padding on the hands. I like to feel like I have a good grip on the bar, and most of the gloves they had had way to much padding on them and makes the grip feel like shit.

What gloves do you guys on here use. Recomendations are appreciated. :)

    Thanks in advance. :bigthumb:

Easy. Support. There are gloves I've found that have the straps that go down and around your wrists to give them support similar to taping them when preparing for a boxing match. Thing is, the only gloves I've found like that have more padding on the hands then I'd like.

Are you saying that gloves don't help your wrists at all?

    What do you use?

i had gloves like that and i loved them, but regret it. now i train with no gloves and its better. if you do use gloves, dont use ones with wrist straps, all it did was make my wrists as frail as a 10 year old girls.

What the hell do you need gloves for?

Get a good pair of quality wrist wraps from Inzer or Metal if you want wrist support.

Yeah well when you actually start benching or overhead pressing heavy shit you might understand why people use wraps. Go tell 600lb benchers to strengthen their wrists and they'll laugh at you.

Plus I've had bad wrists from shit in the past.

ya sometimes when my wrists hurt I'm unable to lift as well as I should, esspecially during bench. I'd say try and work on form or if your using too much weight decrease it a little so you can control it better.
