sore - what do you do?

    What do you all do for sore muscles? (Besides stretching before and after!)

    I'm back on a fitness kick and am struggling after a hard work out. My friend told me to use these bath crystals from Burt's Bees - I guess there is some ingredient in them that helps prevent lactic acid build up if you soak in it. Sounds good to me :x: , anyone used it or something like it?

    I dont mind being sore just depends on what muscle. Having glutes that are so sore it sucks to walk or having traps that are so sore you cant turn your neck is the suck.

    if you're sore should you not go to the Gym to give muscle more rest or get straight back into it?
