Sore As Shit!

    Im more sore than I have ever been right now after training heavy yesterday. I missed my chest day this week due to a weightlifting meet (high school), so I benched and did legs yesterday. I did heavy squats, lunges, and some other shit along with my normal chest routine all in one workout. I have been hobbling around all day. Thank god I have the next 2 days off!

    count me in! I pushed my saturday deadlift session to monday because I've been sore as shit from my low box squat session on thursday. My coach wrote me up a routine that called for 8 sets of 2 box squats (4 with 305 and 4 with 315) with 1:15 rest between sets. I was DESTROYED after that and then I had to finish the rest of my workout which left me feeling like my legs were going to fall off friday and saturday. I guess it didn't help that I missed two squat workouts before that one.

    I tried deadlifts yesterday for the first time. I got up to 175x1.

    I'm sore in parts I've haven't been sore before. :(

    I was on the receiving end of 5 600+ missed bench attempts on Saturday and then I squatted yesterday.....my upper back and neck are fucked up...
