    Timber? Please dont tell me you kill a bunch of Nutella daily and stay that lean? please.

    its f'n great stuff.

    it's pretty much the same calories as low fat PB. less then full-on pb. weak on the protein though.

    a GREAT snack i used to eat back in the days was toast, with nutella and ground flax seed over top.

    I'd go with regular milk to balance the sweetness, but damn that looks good. Off to go eat a pound of plain chicken breast with a side of tears :o

    two tablespoons are the same calorie wise but nutella has more sugar and less protein

    i get the fact that it has good fats in it, but i am not getting the part of how you can eat so much of it with so much sugar in it. i dont eat sugar when im dieting and am worried about my fats most when im dieting. those fats come from almonds, peanuts, olive oil, flaxseed oil, and natural peanut butter.
