soo i benched 165 today

    I benched 290 today. :hs: But thats a 30lbs increase in the month that I''ve been back lifting.

    I finally got 200 up 3x on Saturday. I think its ok considering when I started about 9 months ago I had trouble repping the bar..............

    nice lift :) itll get back to that in a couple weeks, then slow down, then pass it again, at least thats how i work.. annoying!

    if i take a lot of time off, i prolly lose 30-40lbs from my max, and it takes about that long (a month) to get it back, then another month for new gains, b/c i need a couple weeks to recover every time i get to a new max, or lift heavy for 2-3weeks straight.

    I do that with DB for 6 on my heavy set. Really feel my tits burn;)
