To cope with sadness you need to combat it with something more... uplifting.
Tell us your problems, though I see you want to miserable. Sounds like me sometimes.

the chick who i liked i saw her dad. lately i have been depressed. when i see her i got angry and then depressed. i have got as far to get high to get rid of my depression or to escape the depression. plus on top of that i have been to avoid her all spring break. i am bitter and depressed. by the way can you recommend a song to cope?

or The Format. Their second album Dog problems is all about a shitty relationship.

Spill Canvas are awesome. Youtube them and watch some of their music videos. Their stuff is amazing. I like to listen to Antoine Dufour or Andy McKee as well when I'm depressed because their music is just so relaxing.
