    its way easier to do it in audacity imo.

    dl audacity
    import mp3/wav/whatever
    crop it
    export it into whatever file type your phone needs
    transfer via bluetooth/cord

    Can you send ringtones to any Bluetooth-enabled phone or only certain ones?

    come on man its not that hard. highlight what you want then go to trim or crop or whatever. or you can just highlight what you want and go to export selection.

    I do it one of two ways:

    1) Open mp3 in quicktime pro, select and crop 40 seconds of interesting material, export, upload.

    2) Open midi of song in garage band, crop by deleting bars, change instruments, save as midi, upload.

    Does anyone have an idea of what software to use for my Motorola L6 SLVR? There is a bunch of stuff out there for PC's, but not Macs...
