So I'm doing chest work, and I drink a TON of water while I work out, which makes sense. Anyways, I lay down on the decline bench, and after about 5 reps, I start tasting vomit in my mouth, so i'm like and sit up, take a drink of water, and lay back down. After a couple more reps, vomit actually came INTO my mouth.. I sat up quickly, swallowed the small bit that I could actually feel in my mouth, and by the time I had sat up, I didn't feel like throwing up, so I just went over and did Triceps. It was wayyy gross. No more decline bench for a while, I suppose.
