    I want to change up my routine. Right now I do a basic three day splt.

    monday- chest/tris
    tue-off
    wed-back/bis
    thur-off
    friday-shoulders/legs

    cardio everyday.

    Any suggestions for something new?

    looks fine to me... maybe split shoulders and legs in their own days
