something new in Network Connections

    Before, I had a Linksys BEFSR41 router and I only had one icon in Network Connections, it just said local area connection and showed the name of my network card. I got a new D-Link wireless router and today I just noticed there is a new icon, is this suppose to be here or is something wrong? Heres a pic:
