I've always felt a little weird after taking the Xpand, but the Green Tea was added at beginning of the year and it has gotten worse since then. I don't get how Green Tea or a mild dose of a creatine/caffeine drink can make me feel so shitty though. :hs:

I think it's best to see a doctor about this. I have nausea daily, but my doctor and I did ALOT of narrowing down of different causes to finally find out what it was.

if it's from your supplements then it's the Xpand. I think it probably has a lot of caffeine in it.

Do you take all that on empty stomach?

Multi's on an empty stomach will make a lot of people feel sick.
Also, why are you taking 2? Is that what the bottle suggests?

Lastly, are you staying properly hydrated? Xpand with the caffeine and such can make you feel pretty shitty if you don't stay well hydrated.

Cut down to 1 multi, eat when you take that stuff (if you're not already) and cut out the xpand and see how you feel.

high doses of green tea and fish oil can cause low blood sugar, which can cause nausea.

though it could easily be something like the xpand as well.

are you taking all that spread out or together?

I throw all that shit in my mouth and take it down with a chug of the xpand.

cut all of the supplements out and see if it goes away. if so, you can reintroduce them 1 by 1 until you figure out what caused it. if not, go see a doctor.

I second the multi on an empty stomache. There was one brand I bought once that if I ever took it on an empty stomache, it would take everything I had not to puke.

It could also be that much caffeine on an empty stomache. Whenever I do that with coffee or tea I get sick.

Do you ever get really hot before you puke, or anytime after taking all that stuff?

Ok I'm pretty sure I found the culprit. Due to a schedule change, I have been working out early in the morning, and I don't eat breakfast. Today I took it all down(minus 1 multi) but ate a couple pieces of chicken beforehand. First time without nausea in weeks.

Take the recommended does on the bottle. You CAN take too much vitamin, more is not really better.
