    On Monday I benched 295 lbs. weighing only 171.5 lbs. and I'm pretty happy with myself right now. Give me some motivation to get me to bench 2x BW. :o

    Haven't done flat in a while... Been going incline barbell, incline dbell, decline bar, decline dbell...

    I'll give it a shot next week, and let ya know..

    But good work... bw + 120 is awesome.

    so someone weighing 140 benching 260 is same as someone benching 420 weighing 300???
