Someone help me with a new routine, I'm done with the Bill Starr routine

    I've been on the Bill Starr routine and I think I've been stalling lately, therefore I need something new. I will be only working out 3 days/week so I need I'm thinking of a Arms/Chest, Legs/Back, Shoulders/everything else?

    Anyways heres my progress with the Bill Starr routine.

    Bench 165-210
    Squats 190 - 305
    Deadlifts 205 - 315
    BB Rows 110 - 160
    Military Press 95 - 120
