Someone give me the break down on my diet today......

    protein, carbs, fats please. im too lazy and dont know how. im just curious.

    meal 1: 3 whole eggs, 5 whites. 1 cup oatmeal. 1 banana. 1 scoop dymatize vanilla whey.

    meal 2: 10 oz grilled chicken over a large salad w/ balsamic vinegarette + olive oil + 1 cup brown rice.

    meal 3: small bottle of gatorade (8 oz?), 2 scoops vanilla dymatize whey.

    meal 4: 10 oz flank steak over a large salad w/ balsamic vinegarette + olive oil.

    meal 5: 2 whole eggs, 6 whites, 4 slices turkey bacon.

    meal 6: 1 can tuna, 10 almonds/10 peanuts, fish oils, multivits.

    tomorrow i will bump my carbs up a bit and add in a baked potato with meal 4 instead of no-carbing that meal, next day i will drop it, etc.

    Add up your carbs, protein and fats separately. Multiply your carbs and proteins (both in grams) by 4. Multiply your fats by 9. That's how many calories you've consumed of each. Add the three #'s up. There's your total calories. Divide the calories of each group separately by your total calories. So, let's say you ate 800 cals worth of protein, and that your total calories was 3000. 800/3000 = .266 = 26 %
