Someone fill me in on deadlifts again

    I haven't done them in so long I forget the correct form/technique.

    My shins are bleeding and bruised, so the bar was close enough on my pulls, but when I was bringing the bar down I had to fuck my form up so that the bb didn't land straight on my knees..

    when you're going down you dont really need to bend your knees just bend at the waist and let it drop

    when I dl'ed last night the bar was a little too far from my shins.. bad form but at least my shit gets to heal for once :o

    my knees are bruised after yesterday's heavy DL's

    I never have shin trouble so maybe you're focusing too much on wanting to make yourself bleed :mamoru:

    So start at a somewhat bent knees position but when lowering do it w.o bent knees?

    What are we supposed to do with our back? I have no idea how to keep it rigid all the way down while lifting from the ground.

    we need more threads, the deadlift god needs to be worshipped. anger the deadlift god and he breaks your back. please the deadlift god and he rewards you with blood on your shins and new personal records.
