I'll admit, I bought into the hype only cause the shit is cheap. But after some pondering earlier, I kept asking myself if I really needed it. So help me justify other than the "pros are using it". - I get glycogen replenishment/insulin spike w/o the bloat. - enhanced shuttling/absorption of nutrients (has this even been proven?) - pre-workout energy? (what if im already on N.O.?) so do i/you need it?
