Someone explain to me how to change the dock

    I searched google, found this link. I downloaded the changers, and downloaded the zip files... but nothing changes. what am I doing wrong?

    Depending on the type of dock you get, you may have to replace 3 or more files. The instructions are there but I recommend making a backup of your current dock by copying the files to another folder.

    Also, you have to restart the dock using the killall dock function in Terminal.

    ditto on the "killall dock" command

    but there is software out there that will do it all automatically. dockswap maybe?
