Someone Explain The Basic Bulking/Cutting Diet to me.

    I need to know the whole Bulking and Cutting routine to build muscle.

    What does it consist of?
    What makes it so effective?
    How difficult is it to stick to the routine?

    Any other comments are also welcome.

    Bulking calories = bw * 15
    Cutting calories = bw * 11

    Protein intake at least 1g per bw.

    +/- depending on the person, i cant cut on bw*11, its more like bw*9
