    What exactly are the bands for?

    I've seen it posted before, but no clue what it means.

    You have the same lockout issues I do. Nice work on the other two though.

    I'll have to take some videos tomorrow because I look so hot in a deadlift suit.

    reverse bands take some pressure off the bottom and add it in to the top - smokes the lockout

    same principle for using standard band resisted movements - think of an elastic band, the more distance you pull it apart, the more resistance you get on it.

    just a way to mix it up

    resistance is increased more as the band is stretched further

    i bent them at the same time as lockout - something to do with my head coming down and loosening up my knees. i dont really know, I was seeing stars

    depends on how much my bench shoots up

    its all about the numbers

    i'm looking for the lowest squat to get my elite. should put around 775ish

    I know stretching the band would make it harder, but I did't get the backwards stuff.
