Some shitty back pictures.. What are some other excercises to improve my back?

    Basically my back workout consists of

    deadlifts, Wide grip pullups,
    sometimes i'll do bentover rows and cable rows

    but thats like basically it

    you look thick.

    I think trimming up your waist a little bit would really bring out your back

    Yeah what sucks is i have a naturally thick waist, :( I wear size 38 jeans and they can be tight sometimes lol

    I am working on loosing the pudge now, man its tough tho

    lat pulldowns. bent over DB rows. good mornings.

    lots of deads and bent rows. Low cable rows (heavy) help a lot, too

    Bent over rows will widden my back up?

    and why lat pulldowns when i can do wide grip pulls

    if you lift for hypertrophy.


    if you dont't like lat pulldowns, try WEIGHTED pull ups

    bent rows blow your back up like crazy - just go heavy.

    first, dont squeeze your shoulder blades together when taking pics of your back.
