So I am going on a lean mass diet. (Insert fag comments here) but yea it is Florida and the beach season is back. I am pretty fuckin lean already but just want to put the icing on the cake, while maintaining most of the size and strength I have gained so I have completed a meal plan high in protein, high in complex carbs with simple carbs PWO and tons of good fats from nuts and fish... So I have a few ?'s and I am sure TIMBERMAN can help out since he is like the definition of lean. -What nuts should I buy to be eating? Almonds or some sort of low sugar trail mix? -I am going to start eating avocados, never even tried one besides in sushi, how the fuck do you prepare them or eat them? lol -As far as brown rice goes, should I just buy a big bag of it? Is that instant brown rice good or is it actually processed? -For my sweet potatoes, what do you guys like putting on them? I hear Splenda is great.
