Some questions about muscle milk

    i just ordered a 2.48lb of Root Beer Float muscle milk and i had some quick questions for hte people who use it..


    1.) Do you take it before & after you work-out or just after?

    2.) what exactly does it do for you?

    its just high calorie and high fat food. Dont take it post or pre workout. Lots of fat, slows down the protein absorption.

    Muscle milk is only ideally used to up overall calorie intake.
