some progress pics v. noob

    i prolly started lifting on a regular basis a year ago. i started at ~130 and now am i ~150 (ive been stuck on 150 for 3 months). i used to be a complete stick, i came into college weighing in at barely 120.

    my biggest vice is not eating enough. during the first 6 months of lifting, i just lifted and ate very little, just lunch + dinner.

    i dont have a pic of me now but ive improved on arms but chest is still behind. im trying to hit up chest (upper especially) extra hard this summer and just eat more. i lift 6 days a week but do 1 body part a day and 3-4 exercises per body part.

    Yeah man, keep eating and keep lifting.

    Re-take the last picture with the flash this time. Lighting is key for progress pics. You have no flash on the last one..

    I like you you set the tri-pod up for the pictures.. haha

    I hate to say it, but I don't see much progress there.

    He gained 20 lbs in 1 year, but I think there is something else missing, besides diet.... I only say this because I've been there done that, and in my case, one huge problem was a lack of deadlifts, squats, and BB bench.

    chest and arms seem to be lacking. maybe you should try the fratboy routine :dunno:

    i just start squatting at the beginning of april , priot to that i used to do the leg press machine.


    i just seem stuck on my chest workouts. ive been benching ~140-155 for like 5 months now :wtf: i cant seem to increase

    i used to eat like 1500 calories a day :o

    my leg routine yesterday was:

    squats
    leg ext
    leg curl
    seat calf

    yeah, what are you thinking? if he's not growing, then he's not eating enough - how hard is that? he is still new, his style of training isn't going to matter much

    He gained 20lbs in a year. He's not starving. OT F & N seriously is a damn shame sometimes.

    the klid has been liftign for 6 months in the progress pics
    what the fuck should he do, go get his test. checked...
    fuck the haters dude, pick a routine, ie christophers, or max ot, or somethign basic, and eat alot morethan you are now.

    ok well he simply said - i am not eating enough, does it not get more self explanitory than that? fix the easiest first, then narrow it down
