i prolly started lifting on a regular basis a year ago. i started at ~130 and now am i ~150 (ive been stuck on 150 for 3 months). i used to be a complete stick, i came into college weighing in at barely 120. december 2004 jan 2005 april 2005 my biggest vice is not eating enough. during the first 6 months of lifting, i just lifted and ate very little, just lunch + dinner. i dont have a pic of me now but ive improved on arms but chest is still behind. im trying to hit up chest (upper especially) extra hard this summer and just eat more. i lift 6 days a week but do 1 body part a day and 3-4 exercises per body part.
