Some progress *pics* of my back...

    I work my back every 3 days or so. I try to mix it up every workout and not do the same exact thing. I'm 17 years old. Oh yeah, try and be gentle about the bacne. I know it owns me. :wtc:

    You have no lats and no lower back.

    Stick to Wide-grip chins, bent-over rows and deadlifts.
