Some progress pics *225lb to 203lb*

    At 225lb @ 18-19%

    At 203@ 11-10%?? What do you guys think? Should I cut a bit more?

    stats at the different weights =
    225lb
    Bench = 365 max
    Dead= 550 max
    Squat = 565 max

    203 =
    Bench 295 max :wtc:
    Dead 450 max :wtc:
    squat 425 max :wtc:
    Due to all my running..

    OMG dude it's the fucking WORST FEELING EVER.
    I STRUGGLE benching 2 plates now :wtc: it's horrible!



    There is an upside though: I have been getting SO MUCH PUSSY it's UN-FUCKING-BELIVEABLE

    dude I wanna get back to 225 but at the same percentage i'm at now. 225 @ 11% at 6'0 is pretty decent.

    you looked thick in that first pic... you are definatly more cut in the 2nd but it looks like you lost some mass

    most guys on here will be like "omgz you cant lift 500 pnds no mor". I say work hard to get the same bf but even higher lifts as before :)
