and i just bought some cobra R's today. 17x9 in the back and 17x8 in the front. i'm having some pretty bad rubbing issues with the 93 cobra wheels that are on it currently.

I was gonna say "nice Cobra wheels" :o

How is it that wheels from a '93 Fox-body Mustang have rubbing issues on a '93 Fox-body Mustang? Just because it's lowered or what?

the 93 cobra wheels have like 3/4" less offset than regular 93 mustangs, so since it's 3/4" closer i'm having problems.

yeah, i dont know how i feel about the cheese graters,
some guy was going to send me nice ones for $50 a pair, but that fell through :wtc:

Oh, since you want LX tails I am free to say that oh gawd how I have always hated those GT tails with the vents. Just awful. Ford's fault, not yours.

Also I'm starting to want a Fox body vert again. Not that I've had one just that I've wanted one in the past.

the car used to run like shit before, the idle would spike for like .5 RPM to 1.5RPM and then back down, so tonight i pulled the IAC, cleaned it up, and god damn does it run good now. it idles just below 1 RPM and it doesnt run rich anymore!

:werd: my dad was amazed at how much better the car looked. and i would've done the 5-lug conversion, but i dont have any need for it, i dont plan on getting any huge brakes anytime soon, so i'm content for now.

Throw some LX tails on it and call it a day (or don't), but they would really tie that thing together nicely. Looks very clean though. I sold mine a few months ago :wtc:
