    I know and its driving me nuts. I do nothing but eat all day and im still loosing weight.

    I must have worms or something.. :ugh:

    errr dunno bout that eat a lot man i used to be pretty skinny not as defined as that i ate alot and i gained alot of muscle mass it does the body good do eet

    I'm your height and I was your weight back in October. I was eating and got up to 181lbs at the beginning of February. Then I really got serious about eating and started to eat everything I could whenever I had spare time and now I'm 203lbs (been slacking off for the last few weeks and not increasing my calories like I should). Gilgamesh has gone to the 230s off of 4500calories a day while that is barely getting me past 200lbs...you just need to keep on eating until you get to the point where you start to put on weight. Eat 4500calories a day and if you don't gain start eating 5000 calories a day, etc, etc.

    If you are doing cardio (ie running, ellipticals, etc) just stop if you are bulking. It will help to make bulking happen faster.

    but no leg pics.. I fractured both legs and hips in the military, so i dont show them due to their smaller size :wtc:
