Spent Sunday afternoon with my friend in Verona. I am still getting the hang of this fun hobby, any tips greatly appreciated. All I brought was the 50D with the 18-200 IS kit lens and it's hood. Didn't want to make my friend deal with me constantly messing with lenses and stuff. (All I have done is resized them, nothing special yet)

If you see it in a picture and you have to ask, it will always be on the sensor.

In other words, if there is crap on the lens and its leaving a spot, you will EASILY see it on the lens (and it would likely be a much bigger spot than that..)
