A&P Some photos from a ghetto lighting setup I did earlier...

  1. I used some white paper as a foreground and background, took a room lamp and laid it on the ground... and used the kit lens.

    C&C is very welcomed.

    white paper could be whiter (more light would help)

    less shallow DOF so more in focus is usually better for product shots like this. (tripod mount if necessary)

    For like 10-20 Bucks you can make a diy lightbox which will give you decent results.

    I made one like 2 years ago for a school project, here is my end results with a XT and 50 1.8

    looks very clean/ smooth.

    the wrinkles bother me though, but an iron can solve that :bigok:

    I made a ghetto light light box a while ago before I got my SB-600. It worked alright.

    i think the wrinkles make it look more dramatic presentation, makes the product look all the more robust.
