After injuring my knee and taking 4 months off. I've been back on since May 19th.

    Numbers as of 5/19/06 @176lbs
(all numbers the last set of a 5x5)
    squat: 225x5
    deadlift: 235x5
    bench: 165x5
    pullups: 5
    incline BB bench: 140x3

    As of today @183lbs:
    squat: 310x5
deadlift: 275x5 (really need to work on my grip)
    bench: 225x5
    pullups: 10
    incline bench: 175x5

I've gained a shit load muscle, and lost a lot of fat. I'm going to bulk till the end of September and cut all the stomach fat I've gained off in preperation for my next hockey season.

    No pics yet :fawk:

EDIT: and no thats not me in my av.

    Two things:

Knee injury set me back. I was deadlifting 375x5.
You match me in one movement, not the rest.

uoafpeter: I use a mixed grip, no chalk, just gloves. I'm starting to do pin pulls and really heavy static holds to get my grip back up. I can pull 380 once so it's not my back thats holding me back, it's my fucking grip. :wtc:

Routine is a modified modified starr/christopher's routine. I've thrown in a couple things that weren't in either to target my weaker areas.

My back isn't what I have problems with, it's grip. Touch and go will allow me to add more weight, but pausing I get to reset my grip.

i've actually been doing less tri and delt work lately as they totally overshadow my chest, and i've made some good progress on my bench in the process. I'm at around 315 x 3 right now, hopefully this will translate into some growth

I just wanted to add that this was all done AT HOME. I do not have a gym membership.

At my house I bought a power wrack, 300lbs of oly plates and bar (with two additional 45's), an adjustable bench, and some adjustable dumbbells.

Home gymer's fear not! :big grin:
