After injuring my knee and taking 4 months off. I've been back on since May 19th. Numbers as of 5/19/06 @176lbs (all numbers the last set of a 5x5) squat: 225x5 deadlift: 235x5 bench: 165x5 pullups: 5 incline BB bench: 140x3 As of today @183lbs: squat: 310x5 deadlift: 275x5 (really need to work on my grip) bench: 225x5 pullups: 10 incline bench: 175x5 I've gained a shit load muscle, and lost a lot of fat. I'm going to bulk till the end of September and cut all the stomach fat I've gained off in preperation for my next hockey season. No pics yet EDIT: and no thats not me in my av.
