Bingo. Almost any fool with a camera can take those pictures, but the artist in you has to make it like what we see here. :coolugh:

Most of these were taken when he was about 16 or 17....he's now 18. As for lighting, he's using "a lot of natural light along with one external strobe and one sb600 on board flash".

Here's a link to his flickr site http://www.flickr.com/photos/danielkongos/

I'm a huge fan after looking through his flickr actually.

This photo's brilliant, what sorta lighting, settings and effects would he have used to get this?

I'm not sure what AZSR is so probably not?

@Dan-Blackline: He used the sunlight coming through this patio window and also a strobe pointed at the ceiling...then manipulated the colors.

    Glad you liked his work...

    .......................

Btw Photoshop is just another extension of the art of photography. He still had to set up, light the subject, and take the photo.

It's a local AZ street racing board. There's a kid there that has a brother with some seriously cool photo skills and a style that is very similar to yours. Figured it'd be the same kid or a good coincidence. Apparently it's the latter.
