Chicken stir-fry with veggies, veggies, veggies.

I eat tuna in the pouches, but it's really good on a mixed greens salad with just a little olive oil drizzled over top. :yum:

Turkey and chicken breast. I tend to stay away from tuna.

chicken salad wraps (if they dont put in too much mayo), and my favorite is a garden salad with steak tips on top and some light or fat free dresing...soooo good.

:werd: You can't do both at the same time unless you are basically obese... your going to hafta be on gear to do that. Pick one, gain muscle or lose fat, run with it for a while, maintain and switch

cardio + weightlifting and a slight caloric deficit (12 x Bodyweight). make sure you eat at lest 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight.

Before i started this bulking cycle i weighed a lot less than you and my starting caloric intake was 3000 calories. Youll have to figure out your basal metabolic, thermic effect of food, and activity level and then go with, say, 500 calories on top of it to start and see how that works. Tons of info on this site though, youll have to test things and see which works best for you. Lift fucking hard, get lots of rest, and eat enough protein/carbs/fat to provide your body with what it needs to grow.

edit-woops, im not sure of your goals. Dont eat like me if ya wanna lose weight hehe.
