A friend invited me out to one of their races today to get some shots. It was a pretty rainy day but it broke for a little while so I got a few decent shots.

Good job getting a variety of shots rather than just panning the whole day. :)

Great pics. The colors are fantastic, and they are nice and sharp. I've been trying to work on some panning shots. What settings did you use for those?

The panning was done with Shutter Priority set to about 1/100. I tried to slow it down some on the slower parts of the track and speed it up some on the straight stretch. Worked out alright.
