Some excellent dieting myth/fact info

    My only quarrel with that is they are not talking about a high-protein diet; they are talking about a high-fat, ketogenic diet.

    You mean like South Beach v/s Atkins?

    That info is from the FDA so I imagine it's 6-12 months out of date. Regardless, from personal experience, the weight loss tips they provide do work.

    My quarrel with low fat/high protein diets is they don't provide the daily nutrients you normally get from a daily allowance of carbs and when you're done with the diet and go back to eating normally you will gain again.

    wow, thats nice... for the middle aged women that work in my office

    bullshits, i could lose weight on the poptart diet if i wanted to.

You need to limit the number of calories you eat every day and/or increase your daily physical activity. Portion control is the key. Try eating smaller amounts of food and choosing foods that are low in calories."

    i did. But they still got the headliner wrong. You dont write a newspaper article that says GEORGE BUSH SHOT DEAD and then write later in the article that he is in fair condition at the hospitol :ugh2:

    in any case, the whatever could jsut refer to what type of food, not the quantitiy
