first column of page 2 is hard to read. If you can't get the idea then I'll post it up, but most of the meals on it are prolly in another column aswell.

This isn't the best diet but it's good to see all different things, because if you're like me you end up eating the same shit day after day and it gets REAL old.

It's not difficult to obtain, almost any supermarket will have some. It's fucking delicious grilled up.

It's probably more common than you guys think... I can get it at the Farmer Jack's here. If your local grocery store doesn't have it, most towns have speciality markets to get organic/foreign food. They'd probably have it there. If you haven't had it I definately recommend trying it. It's obviously a kind of fish, but the taste and texture is more along the lines of a steak.

Very true. I've had it at a local restaurant and it was absolutely the best fish I've ever had.

I think there is some good stuff there, at least they mix it up with different types of meat

my diet is almost exclusively tuna and chicken for protein, although I am a student :p

I think the carbohydrate content is fine, very low fat though.

I agree, those fat numbers are too low

I suppose trying to make up a 7 day plan which will appeal with people has to have alot of variety, thus include more carbs

that is a good quality diet plan for 95% of dieters. would it be perfect for a contest BBer? absolutely not. My point was, AND why I personally found it interesting was because it had some great DIFFERENT ideas
