some confusion...

    when you want to gain strength you need to do low reps/high weight, however if you do high rep/low weight you will gain more size... due to the two different kinds of muscle fibers used... hmmmmm

    how about heavy/moderate weight high reps(8-15) for the win...also cycling your reps/weights is also a god method so you dont become over trained or injured

    thats my 2 cents

    Your muscles are comprised of slow twitch and fast twitch fibers so a mix as Purevl listed would probably give the best growth...especially if that is what he does to get so damn big.
